Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Production
Position Title: Production Engineer/ Production Planner
- Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday Friday,
- 30 am 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4100 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to effectively execute job orders.- Oversee the production plan's execution, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure the final product adheres to quality standards and meets customer specifications.
- Escalate complex production issues to the Manager for timely resolution.
Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production scheduling and priorities.- Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to enhance operational efficiency and runtime.
Maintain strict adherence to company standards and production policies to achieve organizational goals.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in manual and CNC machining processes.- Extensive knowledge of fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling.
Proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
