Production Planner (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Seletar)

Job Title: Production Planner (ID4626)
Location: : Seletar
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am-5.30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Scope (Responsibilities):
. Manage and plan for raw materials and standard components to ensure materials availability to support production plans
. Review MRP requirements, issue purchase orders and coordinate with raw materials supplier and forwarder to ensure supply requirements are met
. Coordinate and communicate between production, quality and sub contractors to ensure optimal flow of the parts in the production and minimise downtime
. Work collaboratively with customers, update them on the delivery schedule and adjust the schedule base on customers schedule in and schedule out of the parts
. Generate Job Orders, monitor and follow up with production to ensure Job Orders are completed within the targeted timeframe
. Prepare order shipping in the system and coordinate with forwarders to ensure on time delivery to customers
. Manage and maintain proper records for each project
. Prepare monthly sales forecast
. Perform cost analysis for project

Requirements:
. Must have ITE, diploma or equivalent
. Ability to work independently
