Production Services Lead

Responsibilities

. Develop deployment strategies, maintain deployment templates, and coordinate with Application Delivery on implementation.

. Generate progress reports on changes, manage escalations, and provide senior leadership updates as required.

. Lead daily data center scheduling to support planned and unplanned maintenance while minimizing customer impact across five production domains.

. Approve or deny change requests prepare deployment instructions and oversee both emergency and regular code deployments.

. Collaborate with network, application, infrastructure, and business teams for issue remediation, updates, and outage communications.

. Manage data center network traffic to meet operational and compliance needs, supporting business continuity.

. Partner with Vendor Liaison and other teams to ensure readiness, monitoring, and effective incident management.

Requirements

. 5+ years in Production Services, IT Operations, or similar roles, ideally within Consumer Banking or Financial Services.

. Familiarity with datacenter traffic management, routing mechanisms, and deployment planning.

. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with network, infrastructure, and vendor management teams.

. Strong analytical skills and experience managing high-impact incidents in a complex production environment.

. Prior experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing cross-functional projects.

. ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications in project/production management.

. Understanding of Bank-approved deployment tools and application management frameworks.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in senior leadership reporting.
