Production Supervisor

Additional Information:

• 5 day Mon to Fri (
• 30am to 5.30pm)

Chemical Manufacturing MNC

• Responsibilities:

Supervise production staff, ensure effective production schedules, and enforce compliance with company policies.

• Oversee consistent and efficient production to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement activities within the plant.

• Manage the daily operations and transitions of production and packaging technicians.

Lead investigations into deviations and identify root causes.

• Maintain workflow by monitoring processing steps, setting variables, and observing control points and equipment.

Actively participate in Quality Management Systems (QMS) including GMP, SOP creation, IPC analysis, and CAPA management.

• Facilitate the review of Manufacturing and Packaging Batch Records.

Manage SAP functions related to batch closure, inventory, purchase requisitions, work orders, and other related tasks.

• Support process and cleaning validation operations to ensure compliant outcomes.

Implement cost-saving measures and develop or update SOPs and work instructions.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.

• Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• 5 working years experience in a process plant with supervisory experience.

Autonomous, team player, high organizational skills and analytical.

• Good communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office.
