Production Supervisor

Job Description:

. Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedules.

. Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control.

. Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process and change in process.

. Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records.

. Prepare and implement work improvement program.

Job Requirement:

. Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering.

. Good communication, analytical and leadership skill.

. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
