Our client is a prominent trading firm and have been operating in Singapore for over 17 years. As a leader in its industry, they are known for their cutting-edge products and services.
As part of their headcount expansion, they are actively seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass the provision of operational support to both trading and technology teams, building and deploying tools to enhance automation, and troubleshoot or escalate issues to relevant teams.

To qualify, you must have the following:
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in production support
- Strong practical experience in Python scripting and Linux
- Hands-on experience with Network/Exchange Connectivity
- Sound knowledge of Jenkins/Gitlab/Terraform
- Sound knowledge of Nagios/Icinga/Puppet/Ansible
- Sound knowledge of setting up computers and hardware
