In-charge of Production Equipment Uptime and Maintenance, doing Repair & Service.
At all time, follow Operation, Quality & Safety regulations, while maintaining the Equipment.
Check Equipment hardware, socket and handler device setup at start of shift.
Troubleshooting for the Handler when alarm occurs. (Site jam, device missing, machine overheat, machine timeout, double trayetc).
Write down record per shift and report to the Operation Supervisors.
Monitor the Equipment/Handler performance for highest performance.
Change the hardware with preventive maintenance team when necessary.
Set-up. (Alignment, maintains down sites, change Device setup, adjust offset)
Check & verification of the traveller data is correct (step by step).
Follow OJT & SPEC procedures to perform the required tasks
House keeping at end of shift, and teamwork with operation to ensure quality & safety.
Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.
Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting) (Tester, Handler and Final Test Backend Equipment/Tools)
Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry
Willing to work in Cleanroom environment
Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), or
Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), when business needs.
