Production Technology Engineer

Job Purpose

To be part of the development team for global IoT projects. We have set direction on global system integration, with local in-process Quality enhancement projects to be carried out in the next few years. The candidate needs to possess the necessary skillset and experience to work together with the team on the development, and implementation of these projects.

Nature of Scope

1. Software development mainly related to digitalization, and process quality enhancement.

2. Support end-users in usage of Plasma and SAP and help to resolve any operational issues, including working together with vendors (HQ and SAP Vendor) if necessary.

3. Understand in detail, the operation flow, and usage of all local existing systems.

5. Support migration Activities of Existing Plasma Info Server to SAP.

6. Support & ensure successful implementation of Company-wide Automation (ERP/IoT) Projects.

Experience

1. At least 2 years of experience in software development for factory or warehouse automation

2. Proficient in VB6 and VB.Net Programming, SQL Programming, Oracle DB and PHP Programming

3. Experience in SQL database design

4. Able to travel to Indonesia (Batam) / Japan for work when required
