Position Overview: Shape the future of music education at the Capital College of

the Arts, Management, and Technology (CCAMT) as our Program Coordinator for

Music Performance. We

seeking a passionate music educator to lead our

Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in an innovative, multicultural

environment.

o Manage resources and budget effectively

o Plan and organize student performances and events

Essential Qualifications:

. At least a Bachelor degree in Music or Music Education (Master

preferred)

. Proven experience in music education and program management

. Strong leadership and communication skills

. Experience with contemporary music education practices
