Drive research alignment between AI Lab and wider business.
Manage and coordinate research projects, events and meetings.
Cultivate relationships and initiate win-win programs with external research partners.
Build up the supporting operations of the Sea AI Lab to improve research throughput.
Recommend and execute publicity and advocacy initiatives to raise the profile of Sea AI Lab.
Requirements:
Hold a Master degree or above in computer science, statistics, engineering, applied mathematics, data science, or other related disciplines. Phd is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of research project workflows with previous research experience in research institution/ industrial environment
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional project management skills, ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects.
Knowledge in different areas of AI is highly preferred
