Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of major programs, including application portfolio migration, post-merger integration, and data migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business and technology objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring clear communication and regular updates on progress.
Navigate and lead change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
10-15 years of program management experience, focusing on complex projects in the Insurance industry.
Proven expertise in application portfolio migration, post-merger integration, and data migration.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially when engaging with senior executives.
