Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Adventure Learning Programme Provider
Position Title: Programme Coordinator / Project Executive
- Working Location: Sentosa Island (Transport provided from Harbourfront MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am
- 30 pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Design, plan, and deliver programs prioritizing client safety and learning.- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Expand and manage client data using CRM software.
- Meet clients to identify learning needs and propose programs.
Write proposals, quotations, and make presentations based on client needs.- Plan logistics effectively and maximize resources for successful programs.
Communicate client needs to internal teams for program execution.
- Exercise cost control for each project.
Assume leadership responsibilities in respective portfolios beyond primary role.- Handle all other ad-hoc projects as required.
At least a Diploma in any discipline.- Preferably 1 year of related working experience in HR, Events and Hospitality industries.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- CRM Software experience will be an advantage.
Willing to commit to work on weekends when there are programmes.
