- Managed user migrations to Office 365, created batches for user moves and monitored migration reports
- Knowledge on AD/Azure AD/Entra ID
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of platform and work with partners to resolve issues OR deploy new solution
- Develop roadmap describe structural and technical characteristics, user experience behavior, and other aspects of platform to project stakeholders
- Maintain, comply, and improve cyber security posture of platforms in-line with evolving practices
- Work with architecture team to evaluate new technologies that can be implemented aligned to the strategic vision
- Review optimize spend of tech contracts in each area to improve business efficiency
- Work cross-functionally across various team e.g., Architecture, Cyber Security, procurement, Applications Digital team
- Lead Major incident management for platform capability
- Undertake end to end project management work that requires technology transformation in above Technology stack.
