As a Program Manager, your role will be responsible for successful execution of school program and development of some on-going programs. You will worth with the team to apply design-led processes and design thinking methodologies to create transformative learning experiences for students as part of DFCs I CAN whole-school approach.
Program Management: Manage all aspects of coordination and execution of school programs to ensure operational excellence and fulfil learning outcomes.
- Program Development and Proposal Writing: Assist the management in proposal writing and program development
Relationship Building
: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure program success and trust in the DFC brandTrainer Management
: Oversee management of a diverse trainer pool, from recruitment, training and program delivery. Assist the management team in marketing activities and other administrative task related to the role.
- Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in either education, facilitation, projects management is essential. Experience in education management or working with school will be preferred.
- Experience in using design thinking, and other frameworks in development and execution will be an added advantage.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multifaceted projects and stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, a problem-solver and team player
Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving desired outcomes.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role
