About The Role
Assist in daily operation of the centre, includes administrative support
Plan, coordinate and implement programmes and community outreach to promote active ageing
Plan and conduct mental health screening, caregiver support and education
Recruit, manage and develop senior volunteers to promote active volunteerism
Network with community partners to galvanise resources
Provide care coordination and service linkage for seniors
Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:
A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma
0-3 years relevant working experience
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good team player
Passion in working with seniors in the community
Core Competencies:
Ability to engage seniors and build rapport, planning, coordination, implementing and evaluation of programmes, management and development of senior volunteers, networking with various community partners
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Diligence, integrity and resilience
Must enjoy working with seniors
Passion in social work field
