To implement and monitor progress of clients individual Care Plan Goals
To be responsible and accountable for the overall well-being of clients both in the day activity centre (DAC) and in the community
To build upon and increase clients current abilities vis--vis their activities of daily living skills, community living skills, social and interpersonal skills and to integrate them into the community
To maintain open communication with caregivers on understanding the clients needs and further development
To help clients achieve a higher level of emotional maturity
Relevance working experience of working with People with Disabilities (PWDs) - especially intellectual disability including those with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy
Good command of English (written and oral)
Basic computer knowledge especially MS Word and Excel
Effective communicator
Sociable with good interpersonal skills
Proactive, resourceful, and organized
Adaptable and willing to learn
Independent as well as a good team player
Passion, enthusiasm, and strong commitment are essential
