Job Description
- Implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
- Manage programme budgets and resources
Job Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Working hours
- 5.5 work week
- Up to 44 hours
- Weekday (9am to 6pm)
- Saturday (9am to 1pm)
