SummaryThe incumbent is required to develop and conduct programmes that strengthen individuals financial capability by imparting skills, knowledge, and attitudes, and by encouraging behavioural change.
Conduct needs analysis to identify the learning needs of clients and the target audience, supporting CCS's mission.
- Design and develop programmes to improve the financial capability of the target audience, including creating learning activities, content, learning aids, and materials to enhance learning.
Manage and execute programme delivery by organising, scheduling, and maintaining records, including administrative instructions, registration, attendance, venue preparation, and post-event feedback surveys. Additionally, conduct and facilitate financial literacy talks, workshops, and webinars related to CCS debt assistance programs.- Evaluate programmes to recommend areas of improvement and guide the development of new programmes
Identify and assess the needs and requirements of collaborative projects with various partners and stakeholders. Develop and deliver tailored programmes that align with and support CCSs mission. This includes coordinating with partners to ensure project objectives are met.- Analyse the specific requirements and objectives of commissioned projects. Determine appropriate pricing strategies based on the scope and complexity of the project. Prepare and submit proposals that outline the programme deliverables, content and delivery, ensuring they meet the requesting organisations expectations and CCS's standards.
Stay up-to-date with learning technologies and instructional strategies related to financial education to ensure programmes are effective and engaging.- Train and prepare volunteers trainers and facilitators to conduct CCS talks, workshops and webinars. Ensure adherence to CCS content and standards, and make sure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in conducting adult training, with working experience in designing, developing, and customising training courses.
Possession of a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.- Possession of a relevant degree in finance or professional certifications such as Associate Financial Planner (AFP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent, or prior experience in delivery financial literacy or financial education talks or workshops, would be advantageous but not required.
Prior experience in conducting financial literacy or financial education training would be advantageous but not required.
- Prior experience in non-profit organisations, community outreach, partnership management or programme development may be advantageous but not required.
Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective training and engagement. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
- Possess competent skills in using presentation tools and learning technology to deliver training effectively.
Possess strong facilitation and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.- Possess the ability to work effectively within a team to achieve objectives. Able to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including colleagues from other departments, external partners, and volunteers.
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently, optimising given resources to achieve positive outcomes.
- Willing and able to work outside normal working hours when required.
