Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and managing weekly programs across centres.
• Recruiting and training of volunteers
• Screening, orienting, and training volunteers.
• Providing on-the-job monitoring and training for key volunteers.
• Identifying and coaching mentor volunteers.
• Engage in collaboration with parents, pre-schools and stakeholders.
• Organise special holiday programme for children
• Administrative tasks and writing reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Education/ Early childhood Education or relevant related qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with young children will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate to work with parents and children.
• Able to work on Saturday morning
