Main Responsibilities:- Perform secretarial duties for projects including preparing letters, authorities submissions, tender documents and fee proposals etc
Liaise with project directors and/or architects on project admin matters- Communicate with clients, consultants and site staff via phone, email, in person for project accounts or project related matters
Maintain proper filing system and ensure effective document control
- Work together with Admin team to enhance office administrative system
- Provide Admin and HR support including (when required)
Manage phone calls and emails, reception duties
- Scheduling of meetings and appointments
Liaising with vendors including printers, etc- Support HR functions including Payroll, Timesheet, Leave Compensations and Benefits for Projects Site Staff
Prepare tender documents and submissions
- Lead in preparations for ISO 9001 & 14001 audit and work with colleagues to ensure readiness
To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc function and other related duties when required
Min. O Level/Diploma/Degree in Accounts/ Human Resource Management or equivalent- At least 2 years working experience in handling administrative and HR operations
Experience in Architectural/Construction industry is preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft office- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills, High degree of integrity, responsibility
- Mature personality as well as able to work independently and in a team
