Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to business development and project management tasks.
Track and report on business development initiatives and project milestones, analysing key metrics to ensure timely clientele account receivable/payment performance.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (admin, finance, IT and operations) to ensure alignment between business development goals and project execution.
Job Requirements
Minimum A levels and above.
5 years of working experience is preferred, however fresh graduates are acceptable.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic software applications.
Possess social and interpersonal skills with corporate clients.
Possess basic inventory management skills.
Ability to manage project delivery.
Excellent attention to detail and perform accuracy in work details.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal/social skills.
Able to work independently and able to collaborate work with others.
