Job Description

We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange delivery, site visit, handling defects and communicate progress to all team members.

Job Scope

  • Attend site visiting & meeting and project co-ordination.
  • Project administration E.g. tender submission, presentation proposal and costing, handling defects.
  • Ensure proper receiving and check of incoming goods, supervise unstuffing and warehousing, and delivery at site.
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship including defects materials or products.
  • Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess initiative and willingness to learn
  • Willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
