Position Overview
National Harmonized Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) is the next national generation pharmacy solutions for Singapore and key IT enabler that aims to transform and unify medication management and supply through consolidating the multiple current isolated pharmacy systems in Singapore, from being provider-centric to one that puts the patient at the center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the project plan including detailed activities and drive project to meet schedules and timeline.
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders to identify system requirements.
- Oversee security testing such as penetration testing activities and communicate the status of testing results to the stakeholder.
- Work with vendor, users and management to determine and resolve issues reported.
- Coordinate with the project teams in setup and installation of IT software where required.
- Oversee the application and performance releases to ensure smooth deployment.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in project delivery and implementation
- Strong experience in IT infra operation and project management
- Experienced in managing outsourced vendors.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
