Project and Reporting Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Project and Reporting Executive to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. This role involves conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, supporting strategic activities to meet company goals, assisting with project management across departments, and performing quality management tasks. As part of the Product Compliance Management System (PCMS) Team, you will also help ensure product compliance. Additionally part of the role is to maintain internal data sources, providing regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis of trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain internal data sources and create regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations, serving as a key contact with headquarters.
• Participate in and support strategic initiatives led by management to achieve company targets.
• Support project management activities by planning, organizing, and controlling resources in collaboration with sales, marketing, and aftersales departments.
• Perform quality management tasks, including maintaining process descriptions, executing risk assessments, and ensuring product compliance as part of the PCMS Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, data analysis, or the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and self-motivation.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and business administration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing tools like Power BI.
• Positive, open-minded, and a team player.
