Responsibilities for Project Architect:
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing
- Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
What you will need as Project Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
