JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participates in all project-related activities, tracks progress towards milestones
- Collaborates with the organization's compliance team to address any issues or concerns
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Creates schedules, coordinates and arranges meetings, info sessions, and other events, ensures that all participants are invited and well-informed
- Keeps up to date organization's relevant databases
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Track project expenses, budgets, and resource allocations, and report any discrepancies or variances to project managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data, and information
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
