We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Communications workstream lead to join our team!
As the Communication expertise in the EBS Project Team, you will manage and improve all our project communications flows. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of our project within our organization.

Core Duties and responsibilities:
Create effective communication strategies for our project deployment.
Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, project updates, change highlights, newsletters, etc.)
Responsible for community management and engagement of project team members
Drive and content manage project website
Help organize and support project events, all hands meetings and recognition programs
Job qualifications and requirements
Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Public Relations
Previous working experience as a communications specialist for 5 years
Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proof reading and editing
Excellent portfolio with a proven track record of successful project management examples
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience in web design and content production is a big plus
Looking for someone who is able collaborates with all level of people, communicate effectively and able to manage ambiguity in fast pace project environment.
Willing to take up 1 year renewable contract
Working location: Nexus (One-North MRT)
Hybrid Working Model (3 days in office per week)
