Provide comprehensive contract review and guidance, including scope assessment and cost.
Manage all aspects of project documentation, including tender bidding, progress reports, and settlement.
Oversee work-in-progress monitoring, prepare reports, and certify progress claims for timely project execution.
Handle variation requests, assess cost changes, and substantiate claims for additions or omissions.
Resolve contractual disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with legal counsel when necessary.
Drive risk identification and management processes, defending claims and facilitating dispute resolutions.
Promote best practices in contract management and project execution to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in relevant field
Minimum 5 years of contract management experience
Knowledge in PSSCOC and Singapore Commercial Law
Experience in Quantity Surveyor will be added advantage
