OBJECTIVES (GOALS)
Your main responsibility are handles order fulfilment processes and administrative tasks for the manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments to meet customer specific requested date.
DUTIES
- Prepare quotations after obtain costing from Engineering.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders from customers.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- To work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- To create budgets and other important documents for companies and maintained in databases.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Liaise with vendor to ensure all technical queries are close in a timely manner.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Precision Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Decision making ability and leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
- Time management and organization skills
- Systematic and meticulous in approach.
- Good communication skills & acts as a team player in a small dynamic team.
REPORTING
- This position reports directly to Marketing Manager.
