Job Description

Job Purpose

. Responsibilities include working closely with our to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To coordinate with clients on assigned projects
  • To advise clients with suitable and feasible executing methods
  • Execute and oversee projects on site
  • Assist in managing and supervise Heavy Lift Specialists

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Logistics Industry.
  • Self motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet datelines and schedules.
  • To be able to work in fast paced environment and a team player.
  • Understand client's requirement and act upon request with technical survey before activation
  • Possess Singapore class 3 driving license.

Working Conditions

5.25 Working days per week
