PROJECT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor work progress at job sites to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines

-Assist project manager and site manager in project implementation and maintain proper documentation.

- Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.

- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-project evaluations.

Responsible for coordinating site works in building construction and improvement works which covers:

-Supervise site works so that quality works can be achieved within a specific timeline.

-Compliance to WSHA, safe work procedure and maintain good house-keeping.
