Project Coordinator cum RMF

Responsibilities:

. Facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions for preparation of safety submission

. Monitor and update hazard register to ensure all risks are mitigated and closed

. Prepare and submit the Civil Construction Safety Submission (CNSS)

. Attend the LTA's project Safety committee Meeting (PSCM) for review of CNSS

. Review RA and Method Statements.

. Attend all related meetings

. Prepare and chair Monthly Risk Management Meeting.

. Project coordination with interfacing contractors and all necessary coordination in design or safety.

Requirements:

Minimum Competencies/ Requirements

Candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience of which at least 5 years in design, writing specifications and supervision of the construction of structures and, Degree accepted by PE Board (PEB) OR Board of Architects (BOA) and a construction-related degree accepted by SISV and Society of Project Managers
