PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:-

. Responsible for the planning, supervision and monitoring of work progress at project site

. Carry out daily checks on the structural steel, architectural or metal works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections

. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all safety standards and client's requirement.

. Take site measurement and issue work order

. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing

. Coordinate with site personnel, consultants and clients

. Ensure smooth site progress

Requirements:-

. Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience

. Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

. Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline

. A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
