Job Responsibilities:
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing projects within budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Maintain open communication with clients and project team members throughout each project, ensuring smooth information flow, especially during the production phase.
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring interactions are well-prepared, organized, respectful, and clear.
- Develop and manage work schedules for all projects.
- Track project progress continuously and ensure timely updates.
- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams to facilitate seamless project execution, including supporting the Sales and Procurement teams in sourcing materials as needed.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure that all project-related issues and defects are addressed.
- Provide occasional after-sales support as needed.
- Prepare quotations when required.
- Maintain an organized filing system in collaboration with colleagues.
- Provide M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) drawings, aiming to minimize disruptions and prevent production issues that may lead to financial loss, while overseeing the entire project production sequence.
- Adhere to company SOPs and KPIs for each assigned project.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus.
