. Responsible for overall implementation and completion of renovation / commercial fit-out projects within scheduled time, cost and quality

. Work closely with clients, project team, relevant authorities and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery and timely completion of projects

. Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical details / proposals, risk assessment plans

. Conduct regular site inspections, project / safety meetings in ensuring quality and timely deliverables

. Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations

. Lead a team of quantity surveyors in subcontractors management, review of quotations and scope of works for quality, safety and engineering technicalities

. Provide support for cost management and cost control of project

. At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience

. Prior experience in renovation / A&A / fit out works for residential, commercial, office and hotel projects

. Able to lead, plan and coordinate site works
