Together with the Project Team, to be responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
Assist the site project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
Assist and coordinate our site teams and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
Assist the Team in Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
Assist in the Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
In-charge of project administration, documentations and reports etc. for the project.
Assist the site project team in the selection of equipments & procurement of materials for the project.
Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer in the planning, assessment and implementation.
Support in acquiring new opportunities - Tenders and Business Development
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
NTC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
Min. 1years relevant experience at local construction site.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess leadership quality.
Self initiative, out spoken, passionate and independent is an advantage
Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares, knowledge in AutoCad/Revit is an advantage
Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
This position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.
