As a Project Coordinator (M&E), you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our mechanical and electrical engineering projects. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of our M&E project activities.
Job Description
- Liaise with clients and Building Management (BM) to handle all access applications.
- Prepare and submit BM documents, including PTW, SWP, WAH, MOS, RA, and others.
- Track the status of project applications and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all submissions comply with project specifications and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations.
- Prepare delivery orders, progress claims, and invoices, verifying details with clients.
- Monitor clients payment statuses and finalize accounts for completed projects.
- Maintain and organize corporate documents, contracts, and compliance records related to equipment and operations.
- Manage and keep accurate records of company assets in the internal system.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, Building Management, or Building Service Engineering.
- Experience in electrical, building cooling system and fire protection work for commercial projects is a plus.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, BM, and team members.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
