Project Coordinator (North/Up to $3500)

Our client who is a leading electrical installation, maintenance of electrical systems, energy management solutions company are expanding and are seeking for a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to work closely with the sales team, prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other departments to achieve delivery goals and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or ITE Certification
• Good MS Office skills
• Project management and supervision skills
• Experience in QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications preferred
• Time management and organization skills
• Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM would be useful
