Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients specifications
Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Building Services Engineering, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
Diploma holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in construction industry.
Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Building Services or equivalent
Class 3 driving licence (Good to have), candidates will still be considered for the role without this pre-requisite
Must be self-driven & motivated to perform and deliver service excellence
