Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who will assist in managing multiple projects in a banking environment.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
• At least 4years of working experience in running project;
• With initiatives and experience in driving project schedule and timelinein the banking industry;
• Detail-oriented approach in handling tasks;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficientin Microsoft Office and Project so as to manage project related task, trackand traceproject schedule with the tools;
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Has aPMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Information Technology (IT) Application Technology project for Retail / Consumer Banking;
• Co-ordinate and manage related vendor and stakeholders in accomplishing project goals and assure delivery of project on time, within budget and achieve project scope.
• Responsible for project planning & execution and managing scope due to any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk;
• Develop timelines, track project progress and monitor work plan execution;
• Involved in Schedulingrelevant Project meetings, take notes and prepare the MoM;
• Support the different testing cycles, analyze the results and submit observations to the Project Manager;
• Ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined program and enterprise methodologiesand processes;
• Create all Project related documentation and participate in Project Steering Committee (PSC) project related walkthroughs;
• Prepare all Project related reports and highlight risk and issues impacting the project to the Project Manager.
• Work with the bank's procurement process team in raising work order/SOW and contract management and manage theinvoicingand payments process.
