PROJECT COORDINATOR

1. Job Description :

- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, trade contractors or

authority's officers on site survey, site arrangement & work progress.

- Possess a good understanding on client's as-built drawings and

specifications for site survey.

- Handle complaints related to the projects.

- Ensure proper communication and liaising with clients on project schedule.

- Assist in preparation of claims submission as well as certification of claims to clients.

- Working Hours: Mon - Sat (9am-6pm)

2. Job Requirements

- Possess valid Class 2B / class 3 Driving License in Singapore

- Riding / Driving experience and understand the traffic rules and regulations in Singapore

- Must be able to ride motocycle / drive commercial vehicle

- Possess own transport vehicle will be an advantages

- Transport allowance for own transport

- Able to read and understand As-built drawings is a must Good knowledge in MS Powerpoint /AutoCad
