Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at job sites to ensure adherence to project plans and
timelines
- Assist project manager and site manager in project implementation and maintain proper
documentation.
- Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-project evaluations.
Responsible for coordinating site works in building construction and improvement works which
covers:
- Supervise site works so that quality works can be achieved within a specific timeline.
- Compliance to WSHA, safe work procedure and maintain good house-keeping.
- To ensure proper handover of project to client.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree qualificationin Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction
supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Experience in QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications preferred.
- Time management and organization skills
