(2 years contract, conversion or extension based on performance)
- Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
- Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities requirements.
- Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
- Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.
Requirements
- Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
- Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.
Other information
- 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
- All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff
