Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting agreed-upon success criteria.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project work strategy.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and best practice sharing within the project team.
- Ensure project planning considers cross-program dependencies and facilitates the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Implement quality and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting effective delivery, performance measurement, and change management initiatives.
- Lead and manage the project team, including external suppliers, ensuring sufficient and skilled resources are available at all times.
- Foster a highly engaged team culture, inspiring them to achieve business objectives.
- Execute accident investigations as delegated.
Ensuring to comply with company procedures regarding resource allocation, communication strategies, training, competency assessments.
Ensure full adherence to safety, timeline, quality, and specification requirements for all projects, as directed.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering related discipline.
- With 4+ years of relevant experience in LTA.
- Experience in Project & Construction Management. A&A experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lead and manage the team.
