Responsible for the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements
Manage scheduling and programming including labour and resources to ensure projects meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives
Strategically plan and execute risk identification and change management
Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
Lead and manage all staff on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations to meet objectives and targets
Establish and implement controls to ensure that safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
Able to manage teams well and meet project timelines
