Project Director

Responsibilities:

Must have demonstrated experience managing small to large sized, industrial & municipal water & wastewater projects.

Responsible for the successful & effective project management, planning, implementation, execution, schedule monitoring & control and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client's quality and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsible for project budget controls, tracking of expenditures and help to reduce the costs of delivering projects, implement cost effective service & cost improvement programs and adding value to the business.

Ability to work on multiple project assignments simultaneously with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Critical scrutiny of contract documents and drawings, communicate effectively & negotiate with consultants, clients, contractors on engineering and contractual matters.

Strong understanding and effective implementation of project contractual matters.

Must have demonstrated the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, coaches, counsels and mentor junior staff to improve technical, interpersonal & problem resolution skills, promotes team work, facilitate coordination to produce engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates for timely completion and submission of projects.

Possesses strong technical & engineering knowledge in water and waste water process design, construction and assembly drawing, able to exercise judgement on details work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of cost effective and innovative engineering alternatives.

Plans, organizes, directs and ensures consistent & good management system, process control, record keeping, monitoring, quality assurance procedures and follow up actions in all assigned areas are performed and submitted timely.

Prepares and monitors work related reports and procurement requisitions, data submittal requirements to relevant department in an accurate and timely manner.

Start up, commissioning, handing over of plants including required documentations.

Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance in accordance with all applicable & permit standards.

Maintain good customer relationship management & after Sales Service.

Participates actively in preparation of tender activities, strategic business and client development to help to grow the business with both existing and new clients.

Must have the ability to assist in meeting company's goals.
