Project Director (Main Contractor A1, HDB Projects)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee HDB construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale residential projects within Singapore's HDB framework, ensuring project quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and execute all phases of HDB construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and client requirements.
• Oversee project planning, design, resource allocation, budget control, and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and compliance with HDB standards.
• Monitor and drive project progress, conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Mentor and guide project managers and site teams to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on HDB projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, HDB guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
