Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
Preparation and submission of documents.
Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders onsite to ensure that project requirements are being met.
Prepare, create and plan detailed work schedules, manpower and resource.
Ensure that contractors carry out works in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks.
Have the ability to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, designs and etc.
Coordinate the safety management system onsite.
Follow up with the project and report on the process of the project to higher management.
Facilities Management for company premises / buildings.
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by reporting manager and/or management.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice.
