Job Description

• Position Title: Project Coordinator/ Project Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $4,100 + AWS + Bonus (Up to 4 months)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project activities.
• Report to the Section Manager/ Department Manager.
• Maintain and control project site and safety.
• Verify project deliverables with site documents.
• Report site/ safety deviations or issues on projects to the Section Manager.
• Attend/ Conduct toolbox meetings.
• Report and assist the Section Manager/ Engineer in project deliverables.
• Participate in department EHS activities.
• Assist with maintenance activities.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition and update cost summaries as required.
• Maintain project document filing and organize documents.

• At least a Diploma and above.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience or knowledge in the Project Site of the chemical industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
