.Preferable experience in HDB/ MCST Condominium Repair & Redecoration Work OR HDB BTO Project
- Project Planning and Scheduling:Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordination and Communication:Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between project team members.
- Quality and Safety Assurance:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor and enforce safety measures on site.
- Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Report on project progress and any issues to the Project Manager.
- Resource Management:Manage resources, including materials and equipment.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and components to the site.
- Support to Project Manager:Assist the Project Manager with budgeting, scheduling, and risk control.
Provide technical support and help resolve any project-related issues.
